TERMS OF SERVICE
Before We Start
By commissioning me you agree to these terms.
01 PAYMENT
I require a 50% upfront payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final files are delivered.
02 REVISIONS
Revision limits vary depending on your selected package. Higher tiers include more revisions. May require additional payment.
03 TURNAROUND TIME
Estimated completion times are a guide and may vary by workload or project complexity.
04 USAGE RIGHTS
The client receives rights to use the final design after full payment is complete.
05 DESIGNER RIGHTS
I reserve the right to showcase completed work unless otherwise agreed before work begins.
06 CANCELLATION
If the client cancels before delivery, payment may be reduced depending on progress.
07 RUSH ORDERS
Expedited commissions may require an additional rush fee.
